The Compass
The compass represents the way in which we help our clients to triangulate, navigate, and accelerate their leadership development journey. Journeys have twists and turns as well as summits and plummets- all of which need to be navigated.
The Indicator
Note that the indicator is not pointed north. This offset indicator represents the way in which we meet clients where they are. Not everyone knows where their "true north" is, so we begin by understanding where you are, and develop a roadmap to navigate from there.
The Tick Marks
The tick marks around the inside of the compass ring represent time and process. They provide the appearance of a clockface, representing that the time to start your journey is now. They also represent a process - that is, the process of the leadership development journey
We work with a diverse range of clients, from front-line staff to CEOs across various sectors, including for-profit organizations, schools, and first responders. Our methodologies are rooted in over 30 years of global research and experience, with certifications from organizations like SHRM and Gallup. We collaborate with PATH Intl. Member Centers to offer Equine-Assisted Leadership Development training, which not only helps develop effective leaders but also supports the missions of these Centers.
We serve clients ranging from the front line through executives and CEOs of for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as schools and youth organizations, colleges and universities, police and first responders, military personnel and veterans.
Our methodologies are based on decades of research and application leveraging the latest thought-leadership as well as first-hand experience of developing leaders in more than 20 countries over 30+ years. We have earned accreditations through SHRM, HRCI, MPOETC, Gallup, and PATH, Intl.
We partner with select PATH Intl. Member Centers and Premier Accredited Centers around the country to provide licensing and certification of experiential, Equine-Assisted Leadership Development Academy (EALDATM) training to develop, engage, and deploy inspiring leaders, while at the same time funding the Centers’ missions.
Definition
According to PATH Intl. Optimal Terminology document, Equine-assisted learning is a category of non-therapy services that includes educational programs, organizational development, and personal growth experiences facilitated through interactions with horses. These services are conducted by specially trained or certified professionals.
